Return and Refund Policy

At Wick and Pour, your satisfaction matters. We take great care in packaging and quality control, but if you experience an issue, please read below:


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video (unedited) is required for claims involving broken or damaged products.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened wax, fragrance oils, and customized kits

  • Used or partially used materials

  • Sale/discounted items are final sale


3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after the return is approved.


5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once places.
