Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Please note that the processing time is separate from the courier transit time.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and distance from our dispatch location in Delhi.
For reference, deliveries from Delhi to Mumbai generally take around 1–2 business days, while deliveries from Delhi to Kolkata may take approximately 4–7 business days.

Special Handling
Fragile Items:
Delicate products, including glass containers and other breakable items, are packed with additional protective material to help minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Wax, Colors & Spill-Prone Products:
Wax, colors and other spill-prone products are securely sealed and carefully packed to reduce the possibility of leakage or spillage during transportation.
Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Clear Unboxing video of the parcel
- Clear photographs/videos of the outer packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
