At Wick and Pour, we understand that you’re excited to receive your candles raw material and other items. Our team works diligently to ensure every order is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

🕯️ Processing Time

  • Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Once packed and ready, we’ll email you a dispatch notification along with your tracking number.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Timeframe

  • After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on your region and the courier’s network.

  • In some cases, delivery might be delayed due to factors beyond our control—such as holidays, severe weather, or rural delivery routes.

📦 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Enjoy free shipping on selected items and during promotional offers—keep an eye on our updates!

🔍 Tracking Your Package

  • Once your package is on the move, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking page.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notes

  • Double-check your shipping address to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

  • If there’s any issue with tracking, delayed delivery, or if you didn’t receive your order, contact our support team as soon as possible.

  • For orders containing fragile products like glass jars or vessels, we require an unedited video of the unboxing for any claims related to transit damage. Claims without video evidence may not be eligible for support.

🏢 Warehouse Transport Option

In cases where your order is dispatched via a transport service:

  • A fixed handling charge of ₹300 will apply for delivery from our studio to the local transport warehouse.

  • Once shipped, we’ll provide you with the transport receipt.

  • Additional transport charges (based on destination and weight) are payable by you at the time of pickup, per the rates of the transport provider.

  • Our responsibility ends once the parcel is safely handed over to the transport service.

  • You'll need to collect your package from the transport warehouse using either an Aadhar card or a copy of the invoice with our company details.

✉️ Courier Deliveries

  • For courier deliveries, we usually ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Transit time will vary depending on your distance from Delhi.

  • If your PIN code is not serviceable via Tirupati and DTDC, we’ll opt for an alternate delivery service, which may result in a slightly longer delivery window.
